Marc Cornelissen Brightlands Award Foundation
The foundation is classified as a Public Benefit Organization (ANBI), which means it is required to disclose information on how the ANBI objective is achieved every year. The aim of the foundation is to periodically grant the Marc Cornelissen Brightlands Award and carry out all further actions which are related to or are conducive to this, in the broadest sense of the word. The foundation is a not-for-profit organization and will not hold more capital than is reasonably necessary to continue the work being done for the foundation’s purpose.
Goal and ambition
The foundation periodically presents the Marc Cornelissen Brightlands Award. In the spirit of Marc Cornelissen, it is the ambition to make the Marc Cornelissen Brightlands Award the driving force behind the development of a community of talented sustainability pioneers nationally and internationally. A community contributing to the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations, that is supported by a network of individuals and companies with a heart for talent development in sustainability. As a result, this award can grow into a nationally recognized talent award in the field of initiatives that contribute to solutions for sustainability issues in society.
Jury
